Staff & Leadership

We have a passion for people, our town and our world. Our culture and leadership is characterized by worship, the love of God, and a genuine call to ministry. These ideals have been shaped by our rich history of great co-workers and energy; always pressing forward in our call to love God and love others.

  • David Arruda

Since the January 2015 launch, David has been leading worship at Refuge Church by both singing and guitar playing. David is currently enrolled at Liberty University where he is obtaining his degree in Christian Theology & Apologetics.

“It is of utmost importance that our worship music seeks to glorify Jesus Christ by examining and reflecting on Biblical truths.” – David Arruda

  • Bill & Patti Henriques

    Seeds Ministry Directors

Bill and Patti Henriques have been faithfully serving God for over thirty years. Patti served in New England Christian Academy for 11 years as a teacher, and Bill has led or been involved in several youth ministries within the church, neighborhoods, and inner city. They have been on twenty overseas missions trips combined. They have a passion for our youth, with a vision of the possibilities our youth will play in the future church. They see our youth as a blank canvas for God, their prayers are the paint and their faith is the brush. They believe there is no greater ministry within the walls of the church than to train our youth, and to nurture their souls to have relationship with their Creator. Their mission is found in Isaiah 57:14, "Build up, Build up, prepare the way, remove every obstacle out of the way of my people."
